At the core of Leomax are its founders, a highly qualified management team with proven skills in the fields of finance and entertainment. Together they bring to the company successful entrepreneurial experience and in-depth expertise in the motion picture industry. 
 
As a result of their extensive connections within the industry, Leomax will be able to exploit its relationships with senior level executives at the major studios (Disney, 20th Century Fox, Paramount, Sony Columbia, Universal, Warner Brothers), mini-majors/independents (e.g., MGM, New Line, Miramax, Revolution, Screen Gems, Dreamworks/Paramount, Lakeshore) and TV (Starz Encore, HBO, Showtime).
 
Leomax has assembled a board of advisors that is comprised of veteran professionals in the fields of motion picture law, finance, production and distribution. This advisory board has not only supported the introduction and establishment of Leomax, but immediately assured its credibility within the movie industry and with potential private and institutional funding sources.

Ingo Vollkammer

As Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Mr. Vollkammer forms the head of LEOMAX ENTERTAINMENT and its wholly owned label INDIGOMOTION in collaboration with his producing partner Scott Einbinder.
 
In 2002 Mr. Vollkammer established a private equity placement in Germany, funding feature film development and production exclusively through Indigo Motion Pictures Germany and Indigo Motion Pictures USA.
Previously, Mr. Vollkammer finished production on the US/German Thriller “One Way”, co-produced and released by Universal in January 2007.

Former CEO of the German investment and trading group HGM GmbH and CEO of HGM Energy Inc., in 1998 Mr. Vollkammer became partner and Senior Analyst at the Suisse investment & trading group Masefield AG in London, heading financing and risk management vehicles in cooperation with leading investment houses such as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.

In 1995 he joined the Dutch investment and energy group Royal Pakhoed, for which he worked as an M&A executive for foreign business development in Rotterdam and Singapore. 
Mr. Vollkammer graduated with an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

» Scott Einbinder | Principal & Co-CEO

Scott Einbinder

Mr. Einbinder, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of LEOMAX ENTERTAINMENT, was a producer and partner at Sandstorm Films for 13 years. During his tenure at Sandstorm, the company had a first look deal at Sony Screen Gems and produced 15 films including THE COVENANT, which opened number 1 at the box office in September 2006 for Sony.

Prior to forming Sandstorm with producers Carol Kottenbrook and Joe Cardone, Mr. Einbinder was a literary manager and development executive at Waterman Entertainment where he was responsible for developing film and television projects including The Family Channel’s series The Black Stallion and representing writers and directors.

He previously served as Director of Publicity at Empire Entertainment where he was involved in the marketing of theatrical and video release for the company’s slate of movies. He also worked as a publicist at New World Pictures where he was involved in the domestic and international theatrical and video distribution divisions.

Mr. Einbinder graduated from the California State University Long Beach with a degree in Film and Television and a minor in Journalism. He also studied in the Cinema Department at the University of Paris, La Nouvelle Sorbonne.

» Philip Fier | Financial Consultant (CFO)

Mr. Fier is the Financial Consulting and member to Leomax Entertainment, providing CFO services to the company. In his capacity, he will be intimately involved with all business decisions relating to the financing, production and distribution of the Company’s films. 
A former Senior Vice President of Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Mr. Fier will provide financial services to the Company, assisting the Company’s management in establishing its financial practices and procedures, accessing “soft money” and commercial bank debt, providing financial analysis for talent and distribution deals, and the greenlight process.   
Since establishment of his firm, Focus Advisory Services, in 2002, Mr. Fier has providesd exclusive financial and strategic consulting services to some of the biggest independent film companies in Hollywood such as Summit Entertainment (American Pie, Mr. & Mrs. Smith) and Escape Artists (Forrest Gump). 
Prior to Focus and Sony Pictures Entertainment, Mr. Fier acted as Vice President and CFO of 20th Century Fox International.  On behalf of global lender, Credit Lyonnais, he managed the film assets of 20 independent film and television production and distribution companies.
 
A graduate of Middlebury College, Mr. Fier obtained his Master’s Degree in International Finance from Columbia University.
